AllosaurusMember3687 XPNov-09-2013 12:04 PMHammond is an awful human being. In the book, he actually brings Tim and Lex just so the lawyer would change his mind about shutting down the park! He even admits that he really doesn't care for his grand kids! He basically implies that he finds the dinosaurs more important than his grandchildren! Even then, when he is about to die in the book, the last thing he says is "Those God Darned Kids" He says it non stop, people! Even then, when ever the people he hired dies, he thinks to himself that they were idiots, and they died because of that! He just says that next time he would hire smarter people, and that next time it would be flawless! And that is not even all of it! Read the book and you will see how horrible a human he is!< guaranteed! IT'S TIME TO DU-DU-DU-DU-DUEL!!!

CompsognathusMember0 XPNov-09-2013 12:27 PMI know, I hate him in the book, but I like him in the movie. Proud founder of the site Theropods Wiki! www.theropods.wikia.com
CompsognathusMember0 XPNov-09-2013 12:50 PMI think Crichton wanted to show "a darker Walt Disney". Hammond was just that. He wasn't too bad in the movie though."Men like me don't start the wars. We just die in them. We've always died in them, and we always will. We don't expect any praise for it, no parades. No one knows our names."

CompsognathusMember0 XPNov-09-2013 12:52 PMRexFan's right. Either Crichton and Spielberg confirmed Hammond is a darker version of Disney... (something like Sith Darth Hammond, haha :D)Proud founder of the site Theropods Wiki! www.theropods.wikia.com
