For the second book, Ian Malcolm, love that guy XD. Sarcastic and comedic.
When it comes to the movie, for the first one, I would have to go for ian Malclm, he was funny and also very accurately portrayed form the book into the movie.
For the second movie, I would again have to go with Ian Malcolm.
Overall, my favorite character would have to be Ian.

I identify with him somewhat, as he is the man who warned everyone of impeding chaos but was ignored. He nearly pays the price for this instead of the people who ignored him in the first place. And then in the second movie, he finds the family he has worked for being threatened to be taken from him by the very island he has strived to warn everyone about.
