If you look around the electric fence of the feeding show tank, you will notice somebody standing on a balcony-type thing. I believe this is the keeper for the moasaurus, probably the same as a dolphin trainer, except dolphin trainers work with non-extinct animals. It could also be the host of the feeding show.
They will be the first to be eaten by the mighty Mosasaur. :D

JURASSICWORLD - WOW! I hadn't noticed that! You've a fantastic eye! Hmm, I wonder if the keeper is primarily present to "introduce" the animals and give facts about her during the show? Certainly there's no bloody way anyone's getting into the water with that monster in the same manner as the Orca shows at Sea World! Thank you so much for sharing this with us! :)

Hey, yeah, I never noticed that guy before(too busy watching the mosasaur, haha). Good eye.

Nice, I never noticed that before. I betcha the Mosasaur will be the demise of Jurassic World. So many people would sue Masrani because they weren't warned about getting there phones wet when they went to watch it XD
There is no such thing as a pure predator. A meat-eater is eit

^ I agree. Maybe JW will give you complentarty phone ponchos. XD
I was also too busy watching the mosasaur to notice.
