Chapter 2: Disaster
Eventually, Spinax grew into a 15-foot individual. He was still rather small compared to his mother, but a lot bigger than when he was born. Today, they were going to learn to hunt. The six Spinosaurs walked to a river, littered with life. The herbivores immediately retreated, for Spinax's mother was the queen of her domain. She and her children entered the water, and she stuck her snout below.
The juveniles looked down to see a plentiful supply of sawfish moving below their feet. Spinax's mother waited for the right moment, then CRUNCH!
The babies looked up at their mother, seeing that she had a fish in her jaws. Spinax immediately tried to copy his mother, grabbing one by the snout. Exerting all the strength in his jaws, he swung the fish over his head, and it crashed on the forest floor. His jaws bloody, Spinax began to eat as his family just stared at him. He was a prodigy.
But then, they heard a roar. A Tyrannotitan, named Titanic, appeared, stepping out from behind a tree. The mother Spinosaurus roared back, and they began to clash. The Tyrannotitan drew first blood, grabbing the mother by the neck.
"Motherfucker!" she roared, hitting him in the face. He stumbled back, a scar running down his eye. He glared at his opponent, and charged. Spinax's mother was prepared and grabbed his head, wrestling him down. She then kicked him in the jaw, knocking some of his teeth out.
The titan stood up, grabbing his attacker by the sail. She roared in pain, slashing him in the side. He let go, and she clawed her shoulder.
"Fuck you!" he snarled, grabbing her by the jaw. Titanic then placed his foot on her shoulder, knocking her over. He pressed harder, cracking her skull, and crushed her neck under his foot.
The children watched their mother die. Spinax glared at his parent's killer, vowing revenge one day. As for his siblings, he was finally free. He ran away, ignoring their cries for him to come back. Spinax disappeared into the bushes as his siblings continued to implore him.
