Will John Hammond be acknowledged in the new Jurassic World sequels?

I noticed his mention has been absent in the last few Jurassic Park movies.

Wish they can mention him or what happened to him after The Lost World  :(

But they did mention him in Jurassic World, they had a dedicated monument created in his honor.

So he passed away in the movie I'm guessing? yeah, I didn't get too much from the scene. I'll have to re watch and see if they mention anything else. Thank you Chris!
