We have a new T.rex on display!
Her name is Victoria; initially discovered in 2013, she will be on display at the Arizona Science Center in Phoenix from Nov. 17 until May 25, 2020. Then, she'll go on a world-wide museum tour.
Several important things about this T.rex:
1) She's been described as the most complete T.rex specimen discovered, after Sue.
2) Her age is between 18 and 25, but she is estimated to weigh in at over 10 tons!
While I can't find the actual scientific journal article about this specimen, this is the article I found about it.
*Edit: due to several individuals in the comments section stating that the above link doesn't work, I will have this link posted. Hope this one works...
Link doesn't work for me.
If people weren't lazy, we wouldn't try to be efficient. If we weren't efficient, we'd never get anything done.
