so if youve seen the jurassic park films your probbally going to to now what isla sorna is. the island featured in the lost world, jurassic park iii and now jurassic world camp cretaceos seoson 4. BUT you may have also noticed that in jurassic park 3,s isla sorna is much different from the rest!

instead of floodplains and redwoods (alas oregon landscape) it features rainforests and ........well.....thats it!

the simple awnser is that the filmmakers dont know what there doing, but I have a theory.

jurassic park iii takes place on isla meurta

I mean think about it! in the game jurassic world evolution the player starts off on isla meurta, wich if you look closeley, you can see that it has a very simaler landscape to the island featured in jp3.

another point to this theory comes in the new trailer for camp cretaceos season 4, where we see the spino model looks quite different from the the spino in jp3. this might be bcause this spino was made by mantahcorp and the one on isla muerta is henry wu´s.

and you might be typing in the comments ¨but in a plane shot we can clearly see that ther flying towards sorna!

well its clearly established that the kirbys dont know nut,in about the islands (since they think the park was on sorna and not nublar) they couldve flown over sorna thinking it was one of the other 5 deaths and landed on isla meurta thinking it was sorna!

so thats my theory.

but other than that, it’s an interesting idea

Jurassic Park III is canonical set on a different part of Isla Sorna, (originally it was supposed to be set on Isla Nublar hence the tropical rainforest set dressing instead of the temperate rainforest of the previous movie)

The island for most of Camp Cretaceous is Isla Nublar

Also the Five Deaths are canon to the movies because they appear on the map in The Lost World and Sorna is briefly mentioned in Fallen Kingdom

Its the scene where Kelly sneaks on to the Mobile Command Center Trailer, it zooms to the Five Death Island chains, I believe it lists the names of the island.
