AllosaurusMember2112 XPSep-27-2022 12:36 AMOf course, this forum is not the subject but I want to ask a Question, are you guys interested in human evolution and history, and can I sometimes discuss this kind of topic? For me, I am more interested in human evolution than dinosaurs.
AllosaurusMember4501 XP2022-09-27 10:11:00Definitely, I study human evolution in High School for a social studies project... unfortunately living in the south denied me of getting anyone interested in seeing my project.
Back when I was studying human evolution there were three genus of humans, now there is like six or seven. Most of them were apemen or near apemen and only one was clearly human.
AllosaurusMember4501 XP2022-09-27 10:49:00Sahelanthropus (7 Ma)
Orrorin (6 Ma)
Ardipithecus (5.5–4.4 Ma)
Australopithecus (4-1.8 Ma)
Kenyanthropus (3-2.7 Ma)
Paranthropus (3-1.2 Ma)
Homo (2.8-present day)
BrachiosaurusMember1334 XP2022-09-27 11:03:00I have a huge interest in primates (specifically lemurs and great apes), so I'm definitely interested in early human evolution and the evolution of primates in general.
AllosaurusMember4501 XP2022-09-27 19:19:00Primates and Rodents shared a common ancestor roughly around 70-60 Million Years ago
AllosaurusMember2112 XP2022-09-27 23:32:00Wow, you guys really like human evolution? I didn't know that.
AllosaurusMember2112 XP2022-09-27 23:44:00Xenotaris I needed to search for Orrorin, Sahelanthrophus, Kenyanthropus, and Paranthropus on Google because I never heard of these species before and I can't believe you actually know that many species. All I know is Ardipithecus, Australopithecus, Homo Hablis, Homo Erectus, Homo Sapiens ( us right now), Neanderthal, and Homo Floresiensis.
AllosaurusMember2112 XP2022-09-27 23:45:00SasquaDash and HinikunaGoji, Cool. So I can sometimes discuss this right?
AllosaurusMember4501 XP2022-09-28 00:27:00Cool Godzilla
