75 Years after the events at Isla Soma, the Costa Rican government has kept a close eye on “The 5 Deaths” and assured no one has reached the islands.
However, Dodgsons great grandson, Gage, has followed the footsteps of his father and grandfather. He is a successful bioengineer, and renowned for his miraculous works in impeding the process of cancer. His treatments have saved millions of lives across the globe and revolutionized the way geneticists understand DNA and biotechnicians can create and use artificial cells.
While looking through the legacy of his father and grandfather, he stumbles upon a journal titled “Reverse Engineering The Jurassic Era”. In it describes the process of acquiring dinosaur DNA, mapping their Genome, and successfully recreating dinosaur life. It also contains articles describing how to sustain dinosaur life while simultaneously limiting it with a diet dependent on lysine.
Intrigued, Gage reads the article and researches for news articles relating to Dinosaur study. He finds the work of Dr. Hammond, and the events that transpired over 70 years ago. After finding out about Hammonds dream of a Dinosaur zoo and the supposed “5 Deaths” that the Park was to be founded on, Gage decides to call the Costa Rican Embassy to try and visit the ruins.
The Costa Rican Ambassador tells him that no one is to go near the islands under any circumstances. However, being a renowned and wealthy bioengineer, Gage “convinces” the Embassador to go on a “rescue” mission for the “retrieval of important genetic research” left by InGen.
Gage and an elite group of mercenaries go to find the “research”. The groups consist of Gage, Mika (Computer Specialist), Warrick (Armed Escort), Shun (Armed Escort/Scout), and Conlan (Electrical Technician). The group is to take a boat to go just off the shore of the island, and then use a small reconnaissance vessel to arrive on the shore of Isla Soma. Once there, a preplanned route is to be taken to the laboratories. Then they are to power the computers using a large battery brought by the team, quickly hack the computer system and retrieve the files on a USB drive, and retreat back to the vessel to rendezvous with the boat.
Although the mission is supposed to be a quick in-and-out ordeal, Gage has other plans to briefly “become lost”, and find specimens for his up-and-coming research. His goal is to acquire dinosaur eggs and hopefully even dinosaur flesh if the group happens to take one down. Gage is not sure whether the dinosaurs there still exist, because of the lack of lysine that they need, but he hopes that “nature found a way”. All of this, of course, is kept a secret from the rest of the team.
The team encounters very few dinosaurs on the way, many of which are herbivores. Once they reach the facility, they find what they’re looking for and start on their way back. However, the trip has taken longer than expected and nightfall has come upon them. They call the boat team with a satellite radio and tell them that they’re waiting until dawn to continue the mission. The boat team agrees and they set up camp for the night.
This is when all hell breaks loose.
In the middle of the night the team starts hearing movement around the facility. Shun goes to investigate. While out, Warrick patrols the inside of the facility and look for any signs of dinosaur movement. During this, the team realizes there’s still power left in the battery, and decide to turn the computers back on in hopes for finding more information on what went on at the facility. Gage, seeing everyone is preoccupied, realizes this is his time to hunt for dinosaur eggs.

CompsognathusMember0 XPMar-14-2013 3:15 PMi think a great JP4 Plot would be.....
John hammond hosts a party on a giant yacht as a "peace offering" to the scientists and families he had effected, do to the dinosaurs he had created. Dr. Grant, Dr. Malcolm and Dr. Sattler would all be invited.
They would be In Scotland and of course there are always rumors of "the Loch Ness Monster". But nobody actually knew that Hammond had been experimenting with knew DNA and had created a whole series of water dinosaurs.
He made an underwater Zoo for the creatures. The Prehistoric water Dino. Zoo ended up being successful for several years. But one creature managed to escape and attacks the yacht. everyone is shipwrecked and is on life rafts for several days until reaching land.
Many people die trying to get back to land and the sea monster remains unfound. there are few survivors, but the original main characters including hammond live. Once they get back to the main land they have officials lie navy seals, and marines searching the water for the escaped creature.....
And then they continue the mission and so forth in JP 5 !!!!

CompsognathusMember0 XPMar-14-2013 3:23 PMtwo more ideas...
idea One:
the dinosaurs start getting diseases and their bodies float to the shores of costa rica infecting humans. So they are forced to bomb Isla Sorna and Isla Nublar in attempt to protect human civilization. but hammond is outraged about the idea.
idea two:
henry wu (John Hammond's top Geneticist at JP) had secretly been making his own new dinosaur creations. Some experiment went wrong and they became amphibian carnivores. so they were able to be on land and water and ate meat. they got to the mainland and started terrorizing and killing everything in site. people were evacuated form costa rica and an enormous barrier was built across the continent to protect people...

CompsognathusMember0 XPMar-14-2013 7:57 PMOkay so heres whats gonna happen... Its 2100, the U.S.A ran out of oil and is at a energy crises. The islands are forgotten. Then someone someone does a scan and find 2 giant oil reserves under 2 islands. The islands Isla Sorna and Isla Nublar. The evil government wants that oil, and so does some other evil company. While this is happening the great-grandson of Hammond goes to his grandfathers house, which was once Hammond's house, and finds a secret room with the locations of the islands and what was on them. He finds out about the government and starts back up InGen to save the islands from the government. After this, the government now is homing in on the islands, not knowing there is dinosaurs living there. Henry(Hammond's great-grandson) goes and tries to warn the government and stop them, but they ignore him and push him away. He sneaks on the plane going to the islands, and makes it there without getting caught. The plane then gets attacked by a flock of Quetzalcoatlus(The biggest Pterosaur in the world) and the plane goes down in the ocean by the islands. He pulls out Hammond's journals to save them from the water and finds a part of the plane to get on. He reads then that there was a secret project to start the evolution of aquatic dinosaurs, but was never finished properly. At that time the water starts churning and Liopleurodon(40 foot giant aquatic dinosaur) flies out of the water and starts creating havoc. Henry gets to the shallows safely, but the government had used parachutes to crash deeper in the actual island. Henry sees other planes coming and must hurry to try to find the government agents. At that time you see the government agents on the ground safely, but are hearing giant crashing, the audience thinks this is the T-rex but really is just a friendly herd of brachiosaurus moving through.
This is as far as i can think, but if you enjoyed reading it i can make the rest of the movie.

CompsognathusMember0 XPMar-18-2013 3:57 PMThis is a winner- give me feedback:
thousands of marines and a few scientist plan to go on the island to kill the dinosaurs and take there DNA to a U.S. theme park because too many people are getting eaten by trying to sneak on the island (JP3). But a huge storm comes and they are stuck at sea. except for a Special Forces guy and a few other troops who were paid off to get DNA for another company called DynaCorp. so they take a flotilla and the research team hostage and go on the island by themselves and take the scientist hostage. the marines/navy cant save them till the storm passes. AND BRING BACK THE MAGIC, AWE, AND WONDER OF THE FIRST FILM
cast should be:
T-Rex, Raptors- main dinos like jp1-the classics
Chris Hemsworth- Tim Murphy paleantologist
Brooklyn Decker-Lex Murphy paleantologist
Dwayne Johnson- Special Forces Sargent- gets eaten
Sam Neil-Allen Grant
Laura Dern- Ellie Satler
Jeff Goldblum- Ian Malcolm-eaten????
Arnold Schwarzenneger- Special Forces officer- gets eaten
Josh Hutcherson- U.S. Marine-Gets eaten
Richard Attenbourough- John Hammond
Tobey Mcguire- scientist working for the company- GETS EATEN
Austin Stowell- special forces soldier-eaten
Matt Gerald- special forces soldier-eaten
not on the island:
David Satharian- Ceo for the company that wants DNA-dynacorp
Tom Sizemore- Navy adrmiral
Brian Cox-u.s. ambassador
Lou Diamond Phillips- u.s. navy officer
try and beat that !
again BRING BACK THE MAGIC OF THE FIRST FILM!!!

Tyrannosaurus RexMember6270 XPMar-18-2013 11:35 PMI think it would be cool if they had both Islands in the movie. Isla Sorna could be T.Rex's island, while Isla Nublar is Spino's island. Two research teams could be researching Dino behaviour on each of the islands, and a giant earthquake could send both islands towards each other. At the end of the movie, the two teams will escape the island by getting to an airport with T.Rex and Spino hot on their heels. The only thing keeping both out long enough for the teams to escape is the cement walls surrounding the airport. When the two finally break through the wall, they begin to fight with the people watching. When the movie is over T.Rex kills Spino, by snapping it's neck or breaking it's sail, and then the movie ends with T.Rex giving it's iconic roar and ripping a chunk out of Spino's belly.

CompsognathusMember0 XPMar-19-2013 12:43 AMI can't really think of a plausible reason why Malcolm or grant would want to come back to the either of the islands. Cameos would be great. Fresh blood is definitely needed.
I think the movie should be set on isla nublar, ( the first island) where a group of researchers would go to actually study the Dino's, and they would need a few ex military types for "protection".
Just imagine a a new convoy of high tech land cruisers driving past the old Jp land cruisers. More raptors, and more shots of the island and dinos, Isla nublar was a big enough place to incorporate some new areas of the park that could have been under construction and all the good ol' Dino's would be around to cause mayhem.
Another good scene could be the team taking out smaller trex or predator in the beginning of the movie. It'll give the group false confidence of their own ability to defend themselves in the wild.
Anyways those were just a few late night ideas I had.

CompsognathusMember0 XPMar-19-2013 7:20 AMi like what JVANNEST says, have an earthquake or something powerful enough for the 2 islands to come together and form a super island with battles between dinosaurs from isla nublar battling with dinosaurs from isla sorna. then comes the huge drop when the t-rex from isla nublar and the spino from isla sorna, the head of their islands have a super battle, blood everywhere with the t-rex snapping the spinos skull with a powerful bite to the head! and then you add another big dinosaur who then also kills another spino or vise versa. im thinking carcharodontosaurus or giganotosaurus would be great competition for a spino or even better a t-rex to fight, with of course the rex winning or if they use the spino the spino losing.

CompsognathusMember0 XPMar-19-2013 6:47 PMso what ever happend on"site b" im curious and id like to know the fourth movie should be a "prequel" to what happens after jp 1 and before TLW
hammond does mention that they evacuated them off the island and simply left the cages open and left but what exactly happens i think it would be chaotic and such dinosaurs breaking through there fences crashing into the compound
this also lets us learn more about what site b looked like

CompsognathusMember0 XPMar-20-2013 5:43 PMAll I want to see is a smart plot that recaptures the magic of the original movie. Instead of showcasing massive movie monsters ripping through jungles and cities and destroying everything in their path, they should focus on the human side of the movie too. A plot that would tie in well with the drastic (if somewhat ridiculous) ending of JP3 might be something along the lines that the government has deemed Isla Nublar a threat to public safety and the military is forced to sweep the island and destroy all the dinosaurs and equipment left behind. When Hammond's grandson and granddaughter learn of this, they fly out to the island to try and stop the soldiers from destroying their grandfather's most precious works but end up stranded and in need of rescue from the very military forces they had been trying to stop. The battle over whether it is morally right to just destroy these creatures for the safety of others or keep them alive and try to preserve them will be the focus as the plot unfolds.
Just imagine a scene where a Humvee is driving along the same grazing planes the hunter's used in JP2 only this time they're gunning down every dinosaur they see. That would be a pretty painful scene to watch if you ask me. Watching soldiers squint and try not to realize what they're really doing as herds of Gallimimus are being mowed down and other dinosaurs are crying out in pain. All I really ask is please don't screw it up.

Tyrannosaurus RexMember6270 XPMar-20-2013 6:56 PMI see I got the islands backwards. Sorry, Haven't seen it in a while. I still think it would be cool to have the islands merge. They could throw in some new dinosaurs, and Hammod (or his grandchildren) could try to rebuild Jurassic park. T.Rex could use a little competition too (or have it behind a massive cement wall trying to break out throughout the movie while Spino or and/or something else torment the humans, than break out halfway through the movie when a large predator is chasing the people past, then both the predator and humans look in the hole to see what comes out and then T.Rex has his triumphant return to the series.) Just a thought. What do you guys think?

CompsognathusMember0 XPMar-21-2013 8:30 AMmy thoughts for j4 plot: since movies appeared, new science suggests reconstructing preserved dna is not practical - however, latest research says it MAY be possible by resurrecting "dead" dna in modern birds - i think j4 should touch on this - perhaps - new team tries to duplicate hammonds success using new techniques but uncovers unexpected side effect - raptors are intelligent- all out war breaks out against two intelligent species - who will win? find out in j5 and j6

CompsognathusMember0 XPMar-23-2013 7:23 AMIi reckon what should happen is this;
This new company takes over Jurassic Park and tries to recreate it. Not knowing the process, they mix the dino dna with human dna, creating these super-human creatures, such as a man with Velociraptor speed, agility and a tail + a full set of razor sharp teeth, or a triceratops that stands upright and walks as a human.

CompsognathusMember0 XPMar-24-2013 2:02 PMAll these scripts are really interesting... I will be happy if thedinosaurs are NOT near a big city. We had our fill of that in JP2, and the whole idea of some monster in a city is classic, but WAY overused, and not appropriate in my opinion for JP4. Enough movies have been made where some alien, animal, or monster attacks a city - The Hulk, Avengers, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, King Kong, The Amazing Spiderman, the list goes on and on. Honestly, I get bored of t-rex smashing cars and eating civilians. Unless the director and crew can pull off something truely spectacular in a city scene, PLEASE keep the dinos away from cities!!!

CompsognathusMember0 XPMar-24-2013 4:55 PMI think that the plot should be:
On his deathbed, John Hammond calls in Malcolm, Sattler, and Grant to discuss the future of the islands. He tells them that he is leaving the islands to his grandchildren, Tim and Lex, who are now adults with families of their own. Having been through the horrors at Isla Nublar, Hammond feels that they are the best bet for the further confinment of the dinosaurs still located on Isla Sonar. Years pass and Lex is still terrified of the idea of the islands, so she has prefered to stay uninformed about what is happening with them, until she receives something in the mail that gives her suspicion that Tim has plans to open Jurrasic Park. Tim will tell Lex nothing about the goings on at Isla Nublar, so she contacts Satler, Malcolm, and Grant for their assistance in the matter. All that she knows is that it appears something is going to happen the next on Isla Nublar, because what she recieved was an invitation to a grand opening. They form an expedition, along with several expendable helpers, to get to the bottom of it before it is too late.

CompsognathusMember1 XPMar-25-2013 11:52 AMcheers mrhappy9097 haha sounds funny reading that out loud :)
tbf i must of miss read what u had written lol my bad :s but yh ur idea was just as gd , ur idea is what gave me mine.
any way as for hammond dying, well technically he is 92 in real life now lol so realistically playing a part of him on his death bed would be kinda relevent. but i dunno.
Id like the new film to be something to do with BIOSYN so its still intact somewhat to the original trilogy but then the writers can still take it off in a new direction plus new cast.
I think also maybe a type of court room about the conspiracy about the deaths on the islands! which could be at the beggining. this means bringing back original cast just for an appearence, where they have been asked to keep shtum about what happened on the other islands exactly in risk of being sued. i dunno im kinda just blabbing on now.
IDEALLY tho i think the BIOSYN story line is my best one with DODGESON'S attempts of engineered dinos with 10 years caught up research.
A new way of DNA extract, could mean fast stronger n more accurate dinos on another island nobody even knew about.
All i can say is these planet of the apes writers have got their bloody hands full in hope of pleasing a hell of alot of people. Cos if they ruin this franchise hell will break loose!!!

Tyrannosaurus RexMember6270 XPMar-25-2013 8:00 PMPeople seem to like the idea of having Hammod on his deathbed. I think it should be after Hammod's death. Tim, Lex and the original cast should be attending his funeral, and afterwards, a guy goes up to Tim and Lex and says, "Your Grandfather wanted you to have this, I don't know what it is, he wouldn't tell me. It must be very important." When they opened it, it contained documents on the two islands, the statistics on the buildings, and information about Ingen. There was also a note that said Hammod wanted his grandchildren to do one last favour for him. The favour was to check up on the islands, and a map was attached to the note. The back of the map said "In case of an emergency, this map has been given to you for reference. As you can see, a helicopter is at the old visiting centre on Isla Nublar. Be careful." Tim and Lex convince the original crew to go with them. They check on Isla Nublar first, where life is thriving, and the visiting centre is in tact. They then check on Isla Sorna, where life is not doing so well. One of the few surviving dinosaurs is the Spinosaurus, which hasn't had a decent meal in years and survived off of fish and carcasses. Of course, perfection can't last forever, and this is where everything spirals out of control. The helicopter has an engine malfunction, stalls, and plummets towards the island. Everyone evacuates, and when they land, start searching for a land bridge Tim found on the map. After they reach the land bridge, the Spinosaurus attacks them. Everyone survived the attack, and they continued along the land bridge, but Spinosaurus was following them. There was a mountain (which kept the dinosaurs of the islands separated) and they crossed it (and so did Spinosaurus). They reached Isla Nublar, and Spinosuarus attacked the first wounded dinosaur it saw and had it's first decent meal in years. Afterwards, they reached the visitor centre (where of course the T.Rex had her nest). They started the helicopter ( after a bit of maitenence) and The hatchlings were curious as to what was going on outside and checked it out. The mother also checked it out and saw the helicopter and Spinosaurus. The helicopter was out of her reach, so she turns to the Spinosaurus. The Spino charged and got the first swift scratch or bite. The T.Rex shook it off and bit the Spino's neck and killed it instantly (add your own fight for increased excitement). Then the male T.Rex wakes up and checks out what happened outside (had to throw in some comedy).
The Spino not fighting or having a decent meal in years is my given excuse to Spino fans to cushion the blow of Spino getting killed by a 7 ton T.Rex capable of biting Spino's head off first try (No offence to Spino fans, I like Spino to, I just like T.Rex more)
