Snipers are Semi automatic or bolt action, have removable magazines, tactical stocks, barrels that are as long as you are tall, barrels that are twice as big as your thumb in diameter, bipods and various other tactical accessories, scopes with over 40x magnification, and pistol grips.
That is most likely a Winchester 30/30. It is a lever action (cowboy gun essentially).
